3 Ways Of Cooking
Finished with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of cheese, this wholesome dish combines authentic buttery flavours with Meatzza’s signature chicken twist.
Pan-Fry/Tawa (Best for slices/sausages)
For slices (salami/ham), pan-sear quickly on a dry or lightly oiled tawa until edges curl and they are warm. For sausages, heat a little oil and roll constantly. Time:- Medium-low heat for 3–5 minutes (slices) / 7–10 minutes (sausages).
Oven Cooking (Best for large batches)
Place the slices or sausages on a foil-lined baking sheet. Cover with foil to prevent drying out. Time:- 175°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes.
Air Fry
Place slices/sausages in the basket. Be careful not to overcook cold cuts as they can become dry and tough very quickly. Time:- 160°C (320°F) for 5–8 minutes.
