Make sure that when you buy our products, which are in good frozen condition (Frozen solid to the touch). Now as soon as you get the product home, remember to put it into the freezer compartment and not leave it outside. The quick transfer into the freezer ensures the freshness of the product is maintained in the frozen state!
- Transfer the pack into the freezer.
- Make sure to slow-thaw in the fridge, so that the product integrity and texture is retained.
- If needed, quick thawing can be done by submersing the pack in cold water, which allows a slow and gradual increase in temperature, allowing to heat and eat easily!
